Interested in renting our historic venue for your own party, activity or special event?
Whether you are interested in our Our Ballroom/Dining Hall, Lounge, Catering Kitchen or the Mysterious Dark Library Room, our venue is a great place to host your small to medium sized intimate, memorable event!
Please note that our upstairs Ballroom capacity sitting is 40 people (not including Speakers, Performers or Bride/Groom) if standing capacity is at 80.
Should you include the adjacent Lounge Room, you may add 40 more people to mingle about comfortably.
The upstairs portion of the venue includes a bathroom and grand catering kitchen. We also have a greenroom/bedroom available for those who require space to get ready or retreat to during their rental so do let us know if you are interested in including this option.
While we do not offer food/drinks in house, we do work closely with a few professional catering & bartending companies who hold the required license to do so in the state of Massachusetts and we are happy to share and acquire their services for your next event with us.
